This offer does not apply to out of stock items, aerosols, items shipped directly from the manufacturer or to shipments to P.O. Boxes and outside the continental USA.

All shipping times are calculated from when we receive your order, as well as the destination of the package.

Our standard form of shipping is via ground from Rochester, New York. Depending on destination, this method can take 10-14 business days.
For shipments outside of the 48 contiguous United States, please allow additional shipping time.

All in-stock rush orders placed by 10:00am Eastern time, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays), will be shipped the same day. Arrives in 4-6 business days. Add an additional $9.00

We are not able to ship aerosol, bulky or heavy products via expedited delivery.

Oversized/Heavy Items are often shipped directly from the manufacturer and may require extra delivery time. Please note these items must ship UPS ground, and cannot ship to P. O. boxes.

Our shipping charges include our costs for shipping, customer service, processing, and a $0.95 charge for delivery assurance guaranteed replacement.

Shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses or other US Territories require an additional $10.00.
Shipments to Canada require an additional $15.00.
