Our Favorite Turkey Gravy

You'll need:

| 4.5 cups turkey stock |
|
1 1/4 cup water
|
|
1 tsp poultry seasoning
|
|
1 tsp salt (optional)
|
|
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
|
|
1/4 tsp celery salt
|
|
1/4 cup flour
|
Bring turkey stock to a boil. Dissolve flour in water then use our
Silicone Whisks to mix into turkey stock. Add seasonings. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes on our
Simmer Mat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
